We do our best to make sure your jewelry reaches you safely, beautifully, and on time.
Shipping within Italy
Processing time: Orders are prepared within 1–3 working days and delivered within 3–5 working days once dispatched.

Please note that customs duties or import fees (if any) are the customer’s responsibility.
🏝️ Special Islands & Remote Areas
At the moment, we do not ship to remote islands or territories such as:
Corsica(France), Balearic Islands(Spain), Azores(Portugal), Madeira(Portugal), and UK Islands (Ulster, Channel Islands, etc.).
We hope to expand our coverage soon 🌍
Delivery Attempts
Our courier will make two (2) delivery attempts.
If the package cannot be delivered after the second attempt:
It will be returned to Élan & Aura.
The shipping cost will not be refunded.
Once received back, we’ll refund the value of the jewelry only.
To ensure smooth delivery:
Please provide a complete delivery address where someone will be available.
Include a valid phone number for the courier to contact you if needed.
Returns
We hope you adore your new piece — but if something isn’t quite right, we’ve got you.
You can return your item within the return window, as long as it’s unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
