Refund policy

At Elan & Aura, we want you to love your jewelry, completely.
But if something isn’t quite right or you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal (according to Legislative Decree 206/2005), here’s how it works:

Right of Withdrawal

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your order — no questions asked.

Just email us at info@elanandaura.com with your order number and the items you wish to return, and we’ll send you all the return instructions.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging (including any accessories).

Please pack your jewelry carefully to avoid damage during return shipping.

Personalized or custom-made items and opened sealed products cannot be returned.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect — in that case, we’ll cover all shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue your refund within 14 days.
Refunds cover the cost of the items only, not the original shipping fee.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us immediately at info@elanandaura.com with photos and your order number.
We’ll offer either a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.

Important Notes

Discount codes are non-refundable but remain valid for one year.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
